An 8″ skillet cookie is made to share. Cut it into 6–8 generous wedges — enough for the whole table, or just enough for a very good evening.
Reheat before serving
Cookies travel best at room temperature. A quick 20–30 seconds in the microwave or 5 minutes in a low oven brings them right back to gooey.

Hi, I’m Soheba and Mostly Round started the way most home businesses do - trying to satisfy the family's taste buds with simple ingredients that synergize in the most delicious way!
Fresh, warm skillet cookie instantly became a favourite at home and with friends. Over the years I perfected the recipe to achieve just the right balance of deep butterscotch and rich chocolate without being overly sweet. I knew I had finally nailed it when repeat requests started coming in.
Everything is baked to order from scratch in my home kitchen. Making small batches means no shortcuts and no preservatives - just honest ingredients that taste amazing, look beautiful, and smell incredible.
This is just the beginning. I plan to thoughtfully expand our offerings over time. Most of those things will be round, and Insha'Allah, always delicious!
